Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Product Engineering Corporation. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we fulfill orders.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping across the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on location and shipping method.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Please contact us for custom quotes if outside the U.S.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to help you file a claim or replace the item.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted territories unless explicitly stated.
