Return Policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 30 days of receipt through our Customer Service Form. We will review your case and email you with more information within 5 business days.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, please fill out our Customer Service Form we will work with you to correct the issue promptly.
  • Unused and Unopened Items: If you change your mind about a purchase, unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit (subject to a shipping and restocking fee).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or modified in any way.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

PROCESS

  • Submit a Customer Service Request: Complete our Customer Service Request Form with the following information:
    • General Contact Information
    • Order number / Proof of purchase
    • Reason for Return
    • Clear photos/videos of any damage or defect (if applicable)
  • Approval & Return Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions through shipping, including a return label (if required).
  • Ship the Product Back: Securely package the item in its original packaging including all accessories and documentation. Please pack inside a shipping box and print our return label.
