Repair Policy

At PEC Tools, we build tools made to last a lifetime—sometimes even longer! We take pride in the durability of our products, and we stand behind their quality.

Lifetime Warranty

  • Members receive a lifetime warranty on PEC Tools products. [See link for details on how to qualify.]
  • If a tool experiences a manufacturer defect, PEC Tools will repair or replace it at no additional cost to the customer.

Non-Warranty Repairs & Part Replacements

  • If a customer has been using the PEC tool prior to the launch of the PEC Membership Program or is bought through other channels and requires a replacement part, PEC Tools is open to reviewing the request on a case-by-case basis.
  • Customers must submit a request through the Customer Service Form, and PEC Tools will confirm whether the replacement part is available for purchase.

How to Request a Repair or Replacement

    • Submit a Customer Service Request: Complete our Customer Service Request Form with the following information:General Contact InformationOrder number / Proof of purchaseRepair Request DetailsClear photos/videos of Tool in Repair Request (if applicable)
    • Approval & Return Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions through shipping, including a return label (if required).
    • Ship the Product Back: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Submit Customer Service Request
